His extensive expertise spans all aspects of roofing, from commercial and domestic projects to specialized insurance work. Mick’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience ensure that his knowledge is well based to further serve the roofing trades, customers and suppliers.

Damien Burnham

Director
With over 15 years of experience in Sales, Estimations, and Purchasing, Damien Burnham brings extensive knowledge of the roofing industry, suppliers, and materials. His expertise ensures accurate project assessments, cost-effective solutions, and seamless procurement processes. Damien’s strategic approach and deep industry insight play a vital role in delivering exceptional roofing solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Paul Hylard

Director
With over 20 years of experience Paul Hylard is a licensed roof tiler progressing through to metal fabrication and engineering, with a strong background in operational management. His extensive expertise spans all facets of the industry, from hands-on construction to overseeing large-scale projects. Paul’s leadership and technical knowledge ensure efficient operations, high-quality workmanship, and innovative solutions for every roofing project.
